Powder coating
State-of-the-art power and free technology with integrated quick colour change system, combined with many years of know-how (pioneering work in Switzerland), guarantees perfect adhesion, uniform layer thicknesses and flawless surfaces in all RAL and NCS colours.
Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly production
Excellent quality
A multi-stage pre-treatment ensures optimum cleaning of the parts, thus achieving perfect adhesion of the powder coating. State-of-the-art technology and many years of know-how guarantee uniform coating thicknesses. Maximum corrosion protection and a robust, aesthetically pleasing surface are the properties of Seven-Air powder coating.
Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly production
The powder is almost 100% recovered during operation and colour changes. The multiple use of the rinsing water keeps the fresh water requirement extremely low. The waste heat from the adhesive water dryer and the curing oven is recovered for the pre-treatment zone and for the workshop heating.
